ISNSW Events Refund Policy

The following policies apply to ISNSW events.


If after completing your booking you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend. Please advise substitutions via email to at least 24 hours prior to the event. 


 All cancellation requests must be in writing via email to

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% refund
  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 75% refund
  • Cancellation less than 14 days, no refund


The following policies apply to ISNSW webinars.

If you are unable to attend a live webinar you will be able to access the recorded version of the webinar.

In the event the webinar is unable to be recorded you will be offered a refund if the cancellation occurs no more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled webinar.
