ISNSW Events Refund Policy

The following policies apply to ISNSW events.

Substitutions:

If after completing your booking you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend. Please advise substitutions via email to isnsw@surveyors.org.au at least 24 hours prior to the event. 

Refunds:

 All cancellation requests must be in writing via email to isnsw@surveyors.org.au

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% refund
  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 75% refund
  • Cancellation less than 14 days, no refund

 

The following policies apply to ISNSW webinars.

If you are unable to attend a live webinar you will be able to access the recorded version of the webinar.

In the event the webinar is unable to be recorded you will be offered a refund if the cancellation occurs no more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled webinar.
