Land and Property Management Authority (LPMA) UPDATES 

THIS PRESENTATION WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING TOPICS: 

Ø      New products and services: The LPMA is currently developing a new products and services agreement called the Land and Property Management Authority Products and Services Agreement (LPMA PSA) which will replace all existing agreement arrangements between LPMA and its clients. Specifically, this new agreement will affect Survey Services Portal (SSP) users who are primarily surveyors who access survey information and property information via the SIX portal. 

Ø      Your obligations as a lodging party when lodging plans electronically in particular who must sign the administration sheet and in what form, should a signature be witnessed and should a company or corporation sign under seal? This presentation will guide you through LPMA requirements.
